I am so impressed and appreciated with Nick who settled my headache for the past 2 days. I bought the digital lock for my gate from shopee 1.5 years ago. Very decent n reasonable price and I was very happy with the service. 2 days ago , My remote control battery was running low so I changed the battery but turned out that it lost the connection with the gate. So I asked for help from the seller with their video teaching but I could not fix it and the lock could not work anymore . So I managed to get hold of Nick and he was so patient to video call me and taught me to reset it . I offered to pay Nick a token of $15 but was rejected by him . I will definitely recommend my friends to patronise YEW digital lock . 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The installer who came was very nice and helpful. He explained clearly what was needed and guided me on how to use the digital lock. Unfortunately I forgot to ask for his name, hopefully the company could share this positive review with him. The installation was done 12 Sept, between 10 to 12pm.

Been using Yew for a year and so far so good! My daughter was playing wif the lock and somehow manually locked it and we couldnt open from outside or inside. Called Yew Digital Lock number and Chris was very calm and professional and sent down a repairman within 30-45mins while i was panicking Santosh the guy who came was very efficient and calm as well. Within 10-15mins everything was solved. Good and efficient customer service :)

Suresh came at the exact time set. Installation was smooth and neat. He also cleaned up after the installation. Gave very clear guidance on how to setup and assisted to register for us in the equipment for immediate usage. Smooth and efficient! Very well done!

We have bought the 2025 version U-4 Digital Gate lock and installed today for our house renovation. Thanks Chris for his patient in explaining the product specifications to us as well as arranging the installation. The product itself looks simple but solid with multiple authentication methods imclude pins, finger prints, facial and palm recognition, wireless card and key if the battery runs flat. The price is reasonable and affordable. It's a good buy for us. Happy with the purchase. Cheers!

I decided to go with Yew Digital because of the great reviews on Google; however, I must say the service was disappointing at first. (1) Defects on the installed door and frame that were sloppily touched up on. Had to request for second visit for touch-ups to be done. (2) Mismeasurement of the entrance dimension; as a result, hacking was required on the day of installation since the frame/door could not fit in. Additional plastering is required on my end to make-good the surface after installation. After a few days the door could not be closed without applying force. Later I found out this is because the installer did not install door plugs to secure the door frame. (3) I specified not to install any lockset on my main door as I will be getting digital lock from another company. I wanted to ensure perfect fitting of my new lock with no extra holes/gaps. Despite repeated reminders, they still installed a lockset when I was not on-site to supervise the door installation. As a result, there was additional hole on my frame after my lock installation. Updates: - At last Nick stepped up to help rectify the issues. Especially for my main door where he managed to find a metal plate to cover up the ugly hole from the manual lockset. I am glad issues are now resolved. I do want to suggest retraining the installation team to ensure proper procedures are followed (i.e. mandate installation of door plug on frame) and no accidental damage to the door, frame and surroundings during installation.

Product was decent, but the overall experience was disappointing. The installer did a sloppy job setting up the laundry rack (photos attached) and right after they left, my toilet light stopped working. I asked them to check, but they refused, saying it wasn't their fault. Turns out, it *was*—I had to pay an extra $150 for an electrician, who found that the live wire wasn’t reconnected properly during the install. The company refused to take responsibility or offer compensation. Totally unacceptable service. Would not recommend based on this experience.
