Josh was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and efficient. He got our new TV setup and talking to our firestick properly. We needed help fast, and YES was responsive on short notice. We will be continuing to use these people for our home tech needs.

Phone answered by a person, not a bot, that booked my install the same day I called. The techs were on time and had my TV down and ready to go to new house in 20 minutes. They measured carefully where they would mount it and mounted it perfectly. Since I had forgotten the remote, they reduced the invoice and said they would come back if I couldn't figure it out.

3rd time using YES Installation. Brian and his team care about the quality of their work and respect your time. My 1960s fireplace isn’t the easiest to work with but they always figure out a way to make it work. Attention to detail is where they shine…… always giving 110%.
