YEPEZ SEASON Services: I use Luis for pressure washing the outside of my 1925 cottage. It had not been cleaned for years and was extremely dirty. Luis is highly professional, punctual, efficient and a perfectionist! I could not believe how beautiful the cottage gleamed. I thought when it was cleaned, it was going to show that it needed a paint job, and the cleaning made all the paintwork sparkle and there is no need for a repaint. I was impressed by Yepez Services and will use them for their other services like gutter cleaning and screening. I will recommend highly to friends and contacts.
