Yellow Cabs GP

Booked my cab to the airport the night before for 545. 545 arrives, no cab. Dispatcher says he is 10 minutes away. 12-13 minutes later the cab finally shows up. What is the point of booking and planning if a car will be later than the length of the trip? Just book Uber or another cab company if you need reliable service.

I used a Yellow Cab GP for a ride home from the airport. I was very tired and the driver helped with luggage and carried them to my doorway. Sammy, the driver, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety. He drives cab #089. His dispatcher also did a wonderful job helping me with a task. Thank you.

Frank is very nice guy who helped me resolve an issue we had. He then made up for it with a free ride and a flat rate, I really appreciate the quick responses and action to fix my concern. If you have any problems just call and I’m sure they will make it right for you :) Sachin cab 134 , was full of energy and very nice ! He really was patient as I forgot to switch money over before I left he helped me by giving me his data and waited patiently while I was in the store. 10/10 would recommend services with him again. I talked to costumer services (Frank) and he has absolutely blew me out of the waters with his generosity and care towards this company. He really wants to leave costumer happy and satisfied. It is with outstanding service that I will be coming back and using this company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
