Niko was awesome!! Super efficient, flexible with time and responsive. We had called so many people to come fix the washing machine and it was so hard to get a call back but Niko responded on a weekend and was here within 2 days! Very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be calling for any future appliance repairs.

Highly recommend YEG Appliance Repair. Nico was very courteous and efficient. The service was very fast. I called in the afternoon and they were at my place before 10 am next morning. My dryer was fixed by noon even though they had to go and pick up a new motor. Well done!!!

Wow Niko was amazing. I haven't experienced service like this in a long time. I reached out for several quotes on a diagnoses for our leaking fridge. Niko assured me he would beat anyone's diagnostic fee. I didn't even have to bargain he was already the cheapest I found. This was for a rental property. He let himself in as instructed, fixed my fridge and cleaned up after himself. He then sent a video showing what he did, that it was all clean and another proving that he locked the door. Customer service was above and beyond. I now have Niko on speed dial for future projects Thank you Niko!!!

I called yeg appliance repair for my washer and they are very professional and quick in response. That’s all a customer needs quick response and good at their job . Nico and his team was very professional and easy to deal with.

Nico came to fix our ge monogram cooktop. He did a great job and was very professional. He even showed up at 7 pm December 23rd when my part came in so I’d have the cooktop for Christmas.

After fixing my combo unit dryer the washer stopped working. They twice told me "this evening or tomorrow". After the first no show I told them I could make a big window work, but I still wanted to be updated if they couldn't make it. The second no show/no communication was when they were coming back to look at the washer they broke, and at that point I decided it's cheaper to get a more organized company than keep taking time off work. Friendly guys with excellent reviews so maybe I just got them on a bad week? Aside from communication and scheduling they were good, but unfortunately multiple days off work gets more expensive than replacing a unit pretty quickly.
