Yates Sprinklers

Hands down the best company we have had come and do work for us at our home since moving to the Ottawa area. We have had two previous irrigation systems installed at two of our previous homes. Yates is by far the more professional, knowledgeable and experienced we have had. From initially speaking to friendly and accommodating Tracey in the office for the purpose setting up our first meeting for a quote with the ever knowledgeable Chuck, to coordinating with the awesome Marty for our install day, our amazing install team including Tyson, Jordan, Troy, Mitchell and Ethan, our amazingly knowledgeable and talented Jordon returning a couple times to make some minor tweaks for us. Everyone has been an absolute pleasure to work with, polite, tidy and respectful of our property, professional and so very friendly. We are so happy we took the advice and recommendations of our friends and neighbours and went with Yates! Thank you for taking such great care of us, and doing all that you do! The Yates Sprinkler team is fantastic! Had a neighbour installing a Sprinkler system and was concerned my irrigation pipes would be displaced/damaged. I called the office manager Martha to ask if they could send Darren their on-site technician to winterize my system a week earlier and at the same time check on the company doing the install next door. Darren was at my door in a couple of hours and determined all was good with my system and no interference occurred with other installer. Martha is fantastic as always and why this company is as good as they are in providing superior service and high quality workmanship! My neighbour recommended them to me and I'll be doing the same for anyone else looking for irrigation services. Thanks again Yates!
