Hands down the best company we have had come and do work for us at our home since moving to the Ottawa area. We have had two previous irrigation systems installed at two of our previous homes. Yates is by far the more professional, knowledgeable and experienced we have had. From initially speaking to friendly and accommodating Tracey in the office for the purpose setting up our first meeting for a quote with the ever knowledgeable Chuck, to coordinating with the awesome Marty for our install day, our amazing install team including Tyson, Jordan, Troy, Mitchell and Ethan, our amazingly knowledgeable and talented Jordon returning a couple times to make some minor tweaks for us. Everyone has been an absolute pleasure to work with, polite, tidy and respectful of our property, professional and so very friendly. We are so happy we took the advice and recommendations of our friends and neighbours and went with Yates! Thank you for taking such great care of us, and doing all that you do! The Yates Sprinkler team is fantastic! Had a neighbour installing a Sprinkler system and was concerned my irrigation pipes would be displaced/damaged. I called the office manager Martha to ask if they could send Darren their on-site technician to winterize my system a week earlier and at the same time check on the company doing the install next door. Darren was at my door in a couple of hours and determined all was good with my system and no interference occurred with other installer. Martha is fantastic as always and why this company is as good as they are in providing superior service and high quality workmanship! My neighbour recommended them to me and I'll be doing the same for anyone else looking for irrigation services. Thanks again Yates!

Yates did a great job installing our irrigation system. They were prompt and efficient, completing the installation in less than a day. We needed to have them come back to adjust the location of a couple of heads to accommodate a garden. A quick email and the team was back the next day and made the adjustments. Very good service and easy to work with.

Tyson and his team installed an irrigation system on my lawn, and they did a fantastic job — everything was clean, efficient, and professionally done. They’re one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. The follow-up after installation was also excellent — professional, timely, and very responsive. We are very happy with Yates. They have been doing our sprinkler and soaker hose maintenance for several years now. We get them to do the opening, closing, and any emergency repairs as needed. Whenever we do have an issue they are prompt in responded so we get it fixed as quickly as possible.

Excellent experience with Yates. The customer service from A-Z has been terrific. All staff have been extremely helpful, pleasant and professional - from the estimate, to the bookings of appointments and questions in between, to the post-installation check in. Paul, the technician who came by inspect the job and make a few tweaks (at my request, thanks for your patience Paul!) was fantastic and provided helpful tips and advice. I definitely recommend Yates for any future irrigation needs.

Marty is the best. He takes in customers feedback positively and always gives 110% to the job committed. Can not ask For a better sprinkler system professional. Fantastic installation by Zachary, Shane, Henry and Ethan. The Yates team (including the office team (Tracy) were very professional and conscientious in doing the installation and service of our system. Zachary was especially professional in designing and laying out the system and all of the guys took great care placing the piping throughout the lawn and garden area.
