Yas Restaurant has some strong points, especially when it comes to the tenderness of the kabobs—they were cooked well and had a nice texture. The grilled vegetables were decent too, but overall, the flavor profile fell short. For a place with such a promising menu, I was surprised by how bland most of the food tasted.
The rice, unfortunately, was overly oily to the point that it became mushy, and a few pieces that fell on my lap left noticeable oil stains on my clothes. Definitely not ideal.
While it wasn’t a bad experience, it was a bit underwhelming. I’d consider coming back if their seasoning methods improved. Right now, it feels like it has potential but needs refinement.
