Yao's Auto Services and Star Smog Check

I've been going here for basic smog checks and oil changes, but this last week I had the dreaded "my-car-is making-funny-sounds" problem. Yao's Auto was very acommodating and prompt, figuring out the issue and fixing it right away. (By the way, ChatGPT gave me nonsensical advice on how to fix my car that I thankfully ignored.) The service here is honest and straightforward with no hustling, no upsells, no talking down to you. My wife receives the exact same treatment when she brings her car in. I would 100% recommend this shop.

Authentic, fast, professional, and cost-effective. Best car repair store in the Bay Area according to my personal experience. Usually charge less than other stores, especially when your car has an electrical problem. One of my cars had something wrong with its electrical system. I got quotes for around $1000-2000 from other stores, while Mr. Yao charged only $400 and beautifully made my car back to normal. The service we received here went above and beyond. Every time when we pick up the car, the exterior was also washed. Now we have all our cars maintained at Yao’s every year, though it is a bit far.
