Yao's Auto Services and Star Smog Check

I've been going here for basic smog checks and oil changes, but this last week I had the dreaded "my-car-is making-funny-sounds" problem. Yao's Auto was very acommodating and prompt, figuring out the issue and fixing it right away. (By the way, ChatGPT gave me nonsensical advice on how to fix my car that I thankfully ignored.) The service here is honest and straightforward with no hustling, no upsells, no talking down to you. My wife receives the exact same treatment when she brings her car in. I would 100% recommend this shop.

Shady and untrustworthy shop owner. He Charges more than the dealer for brake fluid change and when I asked if he bleeds the valve at each wheel he said that he only bleeds just one and when I told him that the proper way is to bleed all 4 he acknowledge that this is the right way to do the job but he said that I have to pay an additional $80 for him to bleed the other 3 valves. Stay away from this dishonest and bad shop.

Yao always provides excellent job on my auto service. He's very knowledgeable and you can always rely on his work.
