Been taking my cars here since we moved to the Bay 5 years ago. Yao has always done things right. He’s always transparent and honest. Recently, the local dealer was gonna charge $4400 for a lower control arm bushing replacement (yes, I know, insane). Texted Yao, he said initially he could do it for $850, but then updated me promptly saying the job was easier than the manual suggested, revising his price to $250. Just got the car back and it drives great. This example really shows his integrity and honesty, and it’s why I’ll keep taking my cars to him!
