I just read Micheal V's review on yelp, and I believe it 100%. My wife and I had a similar experience from Yachtsalesinternational in that they made empty promises.
To make things worse, we were about to lose our financing since we didn't close on a boat that was not ready and was still on blocks the day after we lost our loan. We tried to work something out with them, but their attorney demanded and additional deposit of over $100,000 and they already had $100,000 plus.
They say they were ready to close. I'm sure they were. They just didn't have a boat to deliver.
They have not and will not return any of our deposit. As of now, we our out over $100,000. However, we are perusing legal action.
There are a lot more details, but that sums it up.
The picture posted is the boat on blocks with no propellers because the bearings were not available make the boat boat unseaworthy.
I'm am happy to show anyone interesting in purchasing from YSI our email and text interaction. You can make your own judgement. There are so many boat brokers and boats. Personally, I would move on.
