This studio is my ultimate happy place! The instructors are all amazing! My favorites are Brie (Sunday and Thursday), Claire (Saturday), Ava (Monday) and Jenn (New? Tuesdays). Brie however is my ultimate favorite. She is not only an amazing instructor, she has an amazing personality that makes you look forward to class. She gives you a great workout and a laugh.

I’ve just completed my first week at the studio and I’m already obsessed! The space is incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully designed, everything feels brand new and well taken care of. The receptionists are always so kind and welcoming, which makes such a difference when walking in for class. Every instructor I’ve taken has been amazing, super supportive and knowledgeable, but I have to give a special shoutout to Sean, who has quickly become my favorite. I always leave his classes feeling strong, centered, and inspired. So happy I found this place!
