**$50 non-refundable booking fees required at time of booking appointments**
We had dropped our $50 booking fee several months back. Unfortunately an unforeseen amount of people have taken advantage of this and made appointments and cancelled the day before or morning of their appointment. As a small business every customer and appointment slot is important to keep our doors open for the next customer. The majority of customers can't come in on short notice so calling other scheduled appointment's to get them in your missed/cancelled appointment isn't an option. Please respect our time and business as this is what keeps us open.
All of that said, these booking fees are put back in place starting today and are required during the booking process. All booking fees are non refundable within 24 hr of your appointment. This means if the 24hr reminder has been sent out from our CRM program your booking fee is NOT refundable. thank you to our loyal customers who have kept their appointments and waited patiently for your time to get shaded, unfortunately some mess it up for all the others.
