Portia is truly one of a kind in the way of providing an excellent customer experience! From her telephone manner to her going out of her way to help, I can honestly say I chose this branch not necessarily because they were the cheapest, but because they treat their customers like they matter. The unit was also clean and dry when I moved my stuff in, and there's awesome ease of access as and when I need it. Security is friendly, the location is secure, everything you need from boxes to bubble wrap to locks is right there - this place is a gem. Thank you team!
