Xtraspace Brakpan Self Storage

I’ve had an excellent experience with Xtraspace Brakpan Self Storage. The storage units are clean, well-maintained, and spacious—perfect for keeping my belongings safe and secure. The facility itself is extremely secure, with strong access control and 24/7 surveillance, which gave me complete peace of mind. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I went to my unit today and when I arrived by the gate, my tag was blocked due to a debit order that was unsuccessfully(this debit order was for the month of Dec). Contractually, payment has to be received by the 1st of each month. I am not happy nor satisfied with the service received today, it is contractually illegal and unfair business practice. I cannot be denied access and services thereof for the month that I have paid & up to date (Nov). When I asked I was told it is their standard practice and blame this on the system. The main lady at reception tried to be defensive with an unpleasant tone when confronted about the situation instead of acknowledging that they are in the wrong. what they are doing is unfair & unfavourable to the customers.. No apology was given thereof. I decided to take the matter to head office and I was asked to call back again Tomorrow morning to speak to the regional.... I hope I will be getting an explanation that makes sense and/or at least an apology.

The service that I have received from Lennora Niemand from XtraSpace Brakpan has been exceptional. She is very friendly and extremely helpful. I have never received such great service from any service provider! From the day that I started using their facilities until I moved into my new house, she has been most helpful and accommodating. Exceptional service from Xtraspace Brakpan. Lennora is super to deal with. She is friendly and professional. My dealings with her from the very start of renting a unit from Xtraspace last year up until now has been world-class. I recently experienced an unforeseen situation and had to give short notice. Lennora was very understanding and made the process seamless with no fuss at all. I would highly recommend Xtraspace Brakpan if you ever need a storage unit.

From the first phone call, right through to the end of our stay with XtraSpace, Lennora has been there providing exceptional service and advice. She facilitated our almost effortless sign up and due to her phenomenal product knowledge was able to advise which products would best serve our situation. I am very happy with the service I received from XtraSpace Brakpan and I would recommend it to a family member or friend any day. The service I received was exceptional. I made a mistake on the application form where I wrote a wrong e-mail address. I was called by their office to correct this so I could receive my monthly invoice. I kept my Items in the storage facility for 2 years without issues. Good pricing :-) Thank extra space.

Had my furniture stored here for 8 months with now issues. Maintained and was clean everytime I had to get something from my storage unit in those 8 months. Staff very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them if you looking for a storage unit. Oh and it secure.
