I went to my unit today and when I arrived by the gate, my tag was blocked due to a debit order that was unsuccessfully(this debit order was for the month of Dec). Contractually, payment has to be received by the 1st of each month. I am not happy nor satisfied with the service received today, it is contractually illegal and unfair business practice. I cannot be denied access and services thereof for the month that I have paid & up to date (Nov). When I asked I was told it is their standard practice and blame this on the system. The main lady at reception tried to be defensive with an unpleasant tone when confronted about the situation instead of acknowledging that they are in the wrong. what they are doing is unfair & unfavourable to the customers.. No apology was given thereof. I decided to take the matter to head office and I was asked to call back again Tomorrow morning to speak to the regional.... I hope I will be getting an explanation that makes sense and/or at least an apology.
