Mr David is very Friendly.. A week ago or so I went and buy 2 slam lock holders that cost R20 each. So I had a R50 note but they didn't have a R10 change. Then The old lady there offered to can Ewallet Me the R10 but I said No it's okay with a smile... Thank you Sir David and the Old lady there, keep it up. 🙏🙏

I had a very swift and efficient service by Xpanda. David came personally to take measurements and observe the other units to make sure we choose the correct make and color, sticking to the complex requirement. David assisted and advised me after unacceptable problems from another branch. He referred me to the right person at regional level who was understanding and 100% accommodating, even though I had no business with Xpanda Centurion. I was more than happy to give the contract to David and his team, but he insisted I go to regional level first. I wish I had gone to Xpanda Centurion in the first place. Any future business I will happily bring to them even if I pay more for their 30-45min drive as opposed to my local Xpanda.

After a break-in at our house, I enquired online for a quote for new burglar bars. David Southwood responded speedily and professionally with a cost estimation for a range of three products - two I'd asked about and a third one he recommended. The recommendation turned out to be perfect for us - in terms of utility and budget. A day later, by appointment, David came to take all necessary measurements, bringing a sample to show me the product's working. What was particularly helpful was David's advice that I could send him a SAPS case number for the burglary, and then manufacturing of our order and installation would be expedited. This offered very welcome peace of mind. This morning, just over a week since David first contacted me in response to my enquiry, Felix and Obert from Xpanda came to our house (arriving on time) to install the necessary. They worked fast and neat - we were free to go about our day without inconvenience. We are very happy with the end result of their work. I would gladly recommend David and his team for their professionalism and delivery.

Excellent service from David. Very professional and good demeanor. Helped us in selecting the product we required. And installation went as planned. If I had to be critical after a few weeks of the installation the slam lock stopped working and the gate was just opening and not locking. Contacted xpanda and they came in to rectify it. Don't think it's got anything to do with the product but rather the installer.

Very efficient and a very neat job . House has never felt safer with the new xpanda doors . And it only took a week after payment to get the doors installed which also took less than 5 hours for 5 doors to be installed and with a time constraint (loadshedding) . Will highly recommend David and his team on any day . 👏🏾👏🏾
