From the moment we stepped on board, everything was perfect. The weather was stunning, and the views across the bay were absolutely breathtaking—Dubai looks magical from the water. The service was exceptional, especially from Issa, who truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. From helping us take beautiful photos to constantly checking in on us and keeping our drinks topped up, he didn’t miss a thing. The BBQ food was fresh, light, and delicious—lemon chicken skewers, fresh salad, mini burgers, and a lovely selection of fruits. It was refreshing and just perfect for a relaxing day on the water. Most importantly, my parents were completely overwhelmed (in the best way!) by the experience, the views, and the outstanding hospitality. Seeing their joy made this tour even more special for us. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a flawless and memorable experience. Lovely yacht experience for Father’s Day. We did the bbq and 2hour experience. The music was good and the food was lovely. Only downside was there was no ac unless you paid to be in the lower dec private room. Overall loved the views and the photographer did a great job.

Nice tour on a new yacht. Unfortunately the route is quite boring as they dont take you around jumeirah. You just cruise along the beach to sea the skyline. Too bad there is no route to see Atlantis the palm.

The most unique experience in Dubai. If you like party vibes, unlimited drinks and the most friendly staff around I highly recommend. We went to the 4-hour party and it was truly unique. From the tasty food to the international party everything created a great ambiance. The staff working are the nicest people I have met in a cruise in a yacht! Thank you for everything!

From start to finish, everything is extremely well organized and professional. The yachts usually depart around 4 PM for a three-hour cruise, which is perfect as it includes the breathtaking sunset over the iconic Dubai skyline. Watching the city transition from daylight to golden hour and then to a glittering night view is simply unforgettable. The views of the Marina, Ain Dubai, and the skyline really showcase why Dubai is called the city of riches. One of the biggest highlights is the crew. They are extremely friendly, polite, and attentive, making sure everyone feels comfortable and well taken care of throughout the journey. Safety is clearly a priority, but at the same time, the atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. The food on board is surprisingly good for a yacht experience. There is a generous spread including barbeque burgers, hotdogs, salads, fruit platters, kebabs, and drinks. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well served, adding a lot of value to the overall experience. What I really appreciated was that there were very few people on each yacht. It never felt crowded or suffocating. You can move around freely, click pictures, relax on the deck, and enjoy uninterrupted views of the stunning cityscape. Overall, it was an amazing experience—luxurious, comfortable, and extremely enjoyable. I would highly recommend Xclusive Yachts to anyone visiting or living in Dubai. We had such a great time with Xclusive Yachts. The yacht was beautiful and very well maintained, and the crew were professional and welcoming. The cruise was relaxing with incredible views of Dubai, and the whole experience felt very premium. Definitely one of the best things to do in Dubai — would 100% book again!

Great way to see this beautiful city. The crew were very friendly and did well. Kudos to the captain for navigating the rough water. The reasons for the lower score… we booked the sunset tour hoping to see sunset. We arrived just before 5pm for a 5:30 departure. We didn’t queue until nearly 5:30. We arrived to the ship to find they had the wrong manifest. Neither our names nor the group in front of us were on the list. We departed the dock after 5:45, missing sunset. Wear socks as you remove your shoes once on board. Don’t buy the drinks package. The options are limited. They brought out soft drinks after a while to serve those that didn’t get the alcohol. There was no water on offer. There was a good selection for the meal but everything was dry.
