From the moment we stepped on board, everything was perfect. The weather was stunning, and the views across the bay were absolutely breathtaking—Dubai looks magical from the water. The service was exceptional, especially from Issa, who truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. From helping us take beautiful photos to constantly checking in on us and keeping our drinks topped up, he didn’t miss a thing. The BBQ food was fresh, light, and delicious—lemon chicken skewers, fresh salad, mini burgers, and a lovely selection of fruits. It was refreshing and just perfect for a relaxing day on the water. Most importantly, my parents were completely overwhelmed (in the best way!) by the experience, the views, and the outstanding hospitality. Seeing their joy made this tour even more special for us. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a flawless and memorable experience. A morning yacht ride through Dubai Marina is a refreshing way to start the day. The views are gorgeous — calm waters, clean blue skies, and plenty of stunning photo spots along the skyline. You’ll definitely come back with beautiful pictures. The breakfast served on board is decent. Nothing extraordinary, but enough to enjoy while cruising. The overall vibe is peaceful, especially in the mornings when the marina isn’t too crowded. It’s a good experience if you want something relaxed with nice views and photo opportunities, but there’s still room for improvement in terms of food variety and onboard activities.

I recently booked a visit here with my mum and I was absolutely blown away, the ease of booking on the website and choosing between the different tours was pretty straightforward I ended up going for the afternoon yacht tour so it lasts three hours which I felt was a really good timeframe because after two hours, I think it would’ve been too quick. The quality of the boat was phenomenal. It felt really lush and decorated and designed really well. The service and the staff were absolutely fantastic and the barbecue that we had on board there was plenty of food and a really big variety as well There is plenty of sitting spaces all over the boat And it’s great how the boat pit stops every landmark and spins around so everybody in no matter where you are sat and is insured to get great photos I would 100% recommend this experience to anybody

Lovely yacht experience for Father’s Day. We did the bbq and 2hour experience. The music was good and the food was lovely. Only downside was there was no ac unless you paid to be in the lower dec private room. Overall loved the views and the photographer did a great job.

Glittering review for Exclusive Yachts, and in particular Captain Oban and First Hand Santos. We booked a private couples yacht charter on a beautiful yacht and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless, relaxed and incredibly professional. The trip included stunning views across Dubai and the Arabian Gulf, swimming stops in the sea, sunbathing, music, and even jet skiing, which was brilliant fun. We also brought our own picnic onboard, which made the whole experience feel really personal and special. The boat itself was immaculate. Captain Oban handled the yacht impeccably throughout. We felt completely safe and looked after at all times, while Santos ensured we were genuinely waited on hand and foot the entire trip. Nothing was too much trouble, and both of them made us feel very welcome and very special. It was one of those experiences where you completely switch off and properly appreciate Dubai from a different perspective. Absolutely and utterly recommended without reservation, both for residents and tourists alike. We will very definitely be back again soon.

Great way to see this beautiful city. The crew were very friendly and did well. Kudos to the captain for navigating the rough water. The reasons for the lower score… we booked the sunset tour hoping to see sunset. We arrived just before 5pm for a 5:30 departure. We didn’t queue until nearly 5:30. We arrived to the ship to find they had the wrong manifest. Neither our names nor the group in front of us were on the list. We departed the dock after 5:45, missing sunset. Wear socks as you remove your shoes once on board. Don’t buy the drinks package. The options are limited. They brought out soft drinks after a while to serve those that didn’t get the alcohol. There was no water on offer. There was a good selection for the meal but everything was dry.

Boarding takes place at their dedicated pier near Al Majara Tower, where the "red carpet" welcome—while a bit gimmicky—sets a nice, upscale tone compared to the chaotic dhow cruise operators nearby. The yacht itself is modern and well-maintained. Unlike the crowded traditional dhows, these yachts feel spacious even on a shared trip. You have the option of an air-conditioned lower deck, but the real experience is up on the flybridge where you get unobstructed views of JBR, the Ain Dubai wheel, and the Palm Lagoon. The food is surprisingly decent for a boat tour. The live BBQ station churns out fresh chicken skewers and koftas which are juicy and hot, rather than the lukewarm buffet fare often found on similar excursions. The sides are standard—hummus, salads, and bread—but fresh. Soft drinks are unlimited, though if you want alcohol, you’ll need to purchase it separately onboard. Service is where they stand out; the crew is attentive, constantly offering to take photos for guests and clearing plates quickly. The 2-hour duration is perfect—long enough to relax and eat, but not so long that it drags. My only tip: arrive at least 30 minutes early as finding the specific check-in booth among the marina walkways can be tricky. It is a solid value for a premium sightseeing experience.
