Xalos Foundation Support

Our sidewalk had become uneven and had sections that needed lifting to be flush. I called Antonio at Xalos Foundation and he provided a very fair estimate. The team was extremely professional and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend their work!

The back side of our house had settled 1 - 2-1/2" in the 25 years we lived here. I called Antonio in October 2024 and he came out and gave me a couple estimates for 2 different options. He also told me he was booked through mid February. His bid was competitive, his timeframe to start in mid February was spot on, a lot of his equipment (hydraulic pumps, truck to inject polyurathane) looked brand new, his guys were professional and on time. The lead employee, Alejandro was great! He always checked in with me when he arrived and he always knocked on the door to inform me they were leaving. He was very patient as I was always asking questions about what they were doing, what was next, etc. and he was always patient answering my questions and even going to grab some of the devices being used to show me and help me understand more. They installed 12 push piers on the back side of my house along with 15 Strong Jacks under the house. 8 of the push piers involved taking out dozens of deck boards. One board broke when taking apart, they replaced it with a new board and offered to stain the new board. You can't tell that dozens of boards needed to be removed for the job as the deck looks like day 1. It is great to have our house back to level and really appreciated Antonio's honesty as he used less polyurethane to inject under a slab than he expected so he had me deduct some off the contract amount.

I had Xarlos Foundation work on my 1950 country house in Petaluma, which had multiple additions over the years and a mix of slab and foundation walls. The house sits on adobe clay, and over time the foundation had sunk—at the worst spot it was 5.5 inches lower than the highest point. I spoke with just about every major foundation company in the North Bay. Most of them gave me sky-high quotes and, more frustrating, didn’t really understand the full scope of the problem. A couple even suggested ripping up my hardwood kitchen floor because they didn’t want to do the hard work of getting under the house. Xarlos was completely different. They took the time to actually investigate the situation, explain what was happening, and design a solution that would fix it permanently without tearing apart my interior. They installed over 20 push piers—each about 50 feet deep—so now the house is anchored into bedrock. Instead of destroying floors, their crew dug trenches under the house and did all the work from below. From start to finish, they gave me confidence no other company did. They stuck to the promised timeline, kept me in the loop, and were a pleasure to work with. My house is now level and stable, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Andy was our contact throughout and walked us through the whole process. He always responded to any concerns or questions right away. All of the workers who were on site were very polite and easy to communicate with. We had to deal with an unexpected issue and Andy solved it quickly. The team had to remove part of our deck during the push pier installation and at the end of the job they replaced it good as new. We are very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend this company.

Andy & Antonio were both professional and know what they were doing. Their crew was on time did a great job. They reinstalled the sprinkler and French drain they needed to remove to install the pier. They even put the landscape back so you couldn’t tell there was any work done. I highly recommend them.

Andy assessed our project/floor/crawlspace, showed me the elevation measurements, and came up with a reasonable plan to raise the area of the house that had the lowest elevations. I had 4 companies come out, but Xalos provided a plan that made the most intuitive sense, not only when it came to the short-term repair, but also longevity (ensuring the posts wouldn't sink again over time). The guys that did the work were great and the floor is noticeably more level. Grateful to have found a great, local foundation company - thank you, Xalos team!

I'm so glad I found Xalos. Both Antonio (owner) and Andy (estimator/project manager) were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We interviewed 6 foundation contractors—including some very well-known ones—and were most impressed by the thoughtful and thorough solution that Andy proposed. Their bid was also very competitive. Wall cracks starts showing up at my new home and I suspected the cause might be foundation issues, so I called Antonio at Xalos Foundation Repair because he and his crew did an extraordinary job a few years ago at my old home. I was in a rush, and Antonio graciously accommodated a same day appointment, driving an hour and a half to my place to inspect my home. After a thorough inspection, he told me the house foundation doesn't have any issues, patiently shared his insights, and told me not to worry. I was touched by his honesty. Moreover, he didn't charge me anything for the inspection at all, which I still feel guilty about. 11/10 - highly recommended!

The job is still ongoing as we’re waiting for settlement . The crew was professional, punctual and made sure the site was free of debris . We are pleased that we found such a overall high quality company to complete our job with an honest quote and with options .
