I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and dedication of the team, especially Alvin and Isa. They went above and beyond to not only remove the hornet nest safely, but also to identify the root cause and ensure the problem wouldn’t return. They even took the extra step to coordinate with another contact to arrange for the false ceiling to be patched back, after discovering both a hornet nest and an unexpected beehive inside. What stood out most was how they never gave up, even when the situation became challenging. Their persistence, knowledge, and attention to detail gave me great peace of mind throughout the entire process. Truly a one-stop service — they managed everything from inspection to resolution efficiently and thoroughly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and effective pest control!

Do not ever engage their services, scheduled with them at 3pm but they only turn up at 530pm. They dun seem apologetic at all and even tried to turn it into our faults. If u engage them, u nid to make sure u got extra time to spare as well and hope that things wont turn against u and somehow u have to be liable for their actions and mistakes also. Not sure how they even survive tho

HIGHLY NOT recommended this company. First time, they late for 30 mins; second time, they late for 1.5 hours!! 15 mins job but we have to wait for 1.5 hours!! Really horrible & lousy, will NEVER engage them anymore!!! We have sent few emails to confirm appointment time and request be on time. However, they are still LATE!! Reason? Having job at another site? Halo! Why you go and schedule another company at the same time! really terrible services! They will never be on time!

I had termite infestation at my place and I was trying to source out the most reasonable pest control service. I had a really bad termite infestation at my house and after checking with lots of Termites Specialist, I found Stanley from X-Terminate to be without a doubt the most honest, competitive and knowledgable. He is very responsive but most importantly he got the job done at a competitive price. Very prompt Pest Control service.Can rely on. Their termites, bed bugs treatment lasted long.They helped us to kill the mosquitoes and the lava, it really helps.Friendly and helpful technicians.Very easy to make appointment with them and they delivered what they promised. I would certainly continue using their services.

Contacted Priya twice for Rodent issue. It was really serious as the rodent was dead and there was a bad smell which was affecting my business. Thankfully they sent someone down within 1 hour of contact. They also managed to advise on how to approach the issue and did some treatment after clearing the rodent. Strongly recommend. Fast & effective.

on 10th sept 2023 which is today, they did NOT turn up at all, if i did not ask i would end up waiting like a fool, came back to tell me they forgot to schedule my booking, this is only my 1st booking, unimaginable, really horrible & lousy, will NEVER engage them anymore. beside that, just an additional note, prior to the appointment date, there is no re-confirm appointment from them too.

Overall service is fast and on time as scheduled, however it would be of a value added service once treatment is completed a thorough vacuum service to be carry out to remove the dead ones left inside the vehicle. Thank you.

X-Terminate’s service was impeccable and their technician, Arahfat, was ultra professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and did a very thorough job. I highly recommend X-terminate.
