The attitude towards customer service and taking the 5 minutes to quickly acclimate renters with the unit, hot water heater, kitchen appliances, etc. is non-existent. One towel per person but they provide extra blankets and pillows -just no pillow cases or covers. When you reach out, the response is, "I can't talk but want to help" and then silence. Actually, 30 minutes later the response was go ask security downstairs if they can locate someone to assist you. If you want to enjoy your stay, look elsewhere.
