I absolutely love Anthony & Wade from Wurke Better Homes Services. They were professional, hard working and personable. They explained how our new Mitsubishi mini split worked and even gave us an estimate for electrical work that we will need done in the future. They are definitely my go to guys moving forward.

Wade came as schedule as on time. He Quickly diagnosed the issue of a blown fuse bypassed the fuse with his tool to see if the machine would come on and told me it will take a while to reset and it did. He asked me to lower the thermostat so that when it reset it would kick on. I had to go to my phone app and remove the restrictions as my thermostat was locked at 78° and that was the internal temperature of my house. At this point my thermostat was working just fine..Once the HVAC reset, it kicked on and Wade said it takes a few minutes for the fan to reboot or start. After a few minutes it still didnt come on so Wade checked a few things out, and at this point he removed my thermostat cover because he thought maybe loose wire? I don’t know, then after a minute put it back on. Then I guess he diagnosed that the coil to my outside fan went out which caused my fuse to blow. Cool, he knew the issues. Then he told me everything wrong and the cost, perfect, please fix! The. He got the unit up and running but only blowing hot air, so he came back to the thermostat and removed the cover again. He was like” oh this is the problem, your pins are broken off. He put the thermostat back on and now no power to the thermostat. He told me that this thermostat pins were broken and I told him this was the very first time anyone has worked on the unit since it was installed and it was working just fine when he rebooted the system. I told him he must have broken them off when he removed the cover and his only response was “I’m not eating it” After a few minutes he offered me a used thermostat from his shop and I stopped him in mid sentence and let him know I already ordered a new one. The thermostat was working fine then it wasn’t? he knows he broke it, just like I know he broke it. He didn’t get anything over on me. He just damaged his reputation as this same statement will go to yelp. I’m so very disappointed that a service technician who has great yelp reviews would tarnish his reputation and that of his business. Had he waived his service fee of $100 and offered to order and install a new one I would have paid the $50.00 to cover the cost of a new thermostat, but he got his $356, and I spent an additional $150 to replace the thermostat. Yes he got my money, but I have a voice and people who read this review I’ll it’s recent and that Wade lacks integrity.

These Guys know what they are doing. Very professional and up to date on the latest. Wade just installed a new GasPack on my roof this am and on time as they said they would. Thanks Wurke also installed a GasPack on my Daughters house in Dewey. She was very happy too.

Wade responded very quickly, fixed my propane leak all in a remarkable time frame. I highly recommend Wade at Wurke Bettler home services.

I lost power that allowed me to operate my garage doors. I called in the morning, and Wade was here that afternoon. It took some time to determine the problem, but it was identified and corrected. I would definitely use this company again, And would highly recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work.

Wurke Bettler did a fantastic job installing a new mini split heat pump system at my Airbnb cabin. They replaced the compressor to accommodate the upstairs handler (which was already in place) as well as the new handlers in each of the downstairs bedrooms. Wade and Bill were prompt, used high quality equipment and kept the bedrooms spotless for the next guests that booked the cabin. I wholeheartedly give two thumbs up for Wurke Bettler home services.

When I wanted to improve our air conditioning in our guest apartment, I called Wade and Bill. They were able to respond quickly and get the job done. These guys are good at what they do.

Bill and Wade and the whole crew are awesome! When I think of a reliable, caring, do-a-great-job, local and friendly company, Wurke is exactly what comes mind. When I called them up and told them I probably need a new AC system, instead of them coming out and just selling me one, they took a look at our system and verified if a new system was needed or if it could be repaired. In the end, they told us the reasons why a new system was needed and that it couldn’t be repaired but they were honest and trustworthy and something you don’t find in a lot of companies nowadays. Without a doubt, I recommend their service!

Bill and Wade installed a 24K Mitsubishi Mini-Split system in my garage. They also installed Batt insulation in the garage ceiling. Their price was below a chain HVAC company and most chains wouldn't have done the ceiling insulation. Working with this small company is exactly what I wanted to get a fair, quality, professional installation. Their customer relationship system made everything super simple with automatic communications and easy online invoice and payment. Very happy!

Wade made time for us on the day we called about our AC not working. He was very pleasant and informative; and gave us clear guidance on future maintenance without pressuring us to "do it today." Once the repair was made he took the time to give us some background about his business. We have no reservations about recommending him!
