Wrightway Assisted Living is looking for a Delegated Registered Nurse (RN) to partner with our team in providing high‑quality care to our residents in accordance with Texas HHSC regulations.
We are seeking an RN who can support us with:
• Delegation and oversight
• Resident assessments
• Care plan guidance
• Staff training and compliance support
• Periodic visits and documentation as required
