Just had our roof cleaned by lucan. Done a fantastic job, very professional. All done to a high standard. Highly recommend.

I’ve experienced supposed roof cleaners before, who were absolutely cowboys…. Lucan from the off knew his stuff, I asked about getting the roof cleaned to remove the Lichen immediately came back with cleaning not required I can treat it with a biocide that works with the rain to clear the Lichen then it just needs retreating about once every 4 years. He could have told me I needed it cleaned then treated and charged accordingly but he only did what was necessary and I could see the difference immediately, fingers crossed it continues. Clean and efficient in his working practise, I be getting him back. Recommended.

Lucan cleaned the roof and gutters at my commercial property in North Walsham. He spent over 2.5 days clearing years of moss, and tree debris, then sprayed it and made sure the areas where clean and tidy before he left at the end of each day.
