When I submitted a request to see a house for sale, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Within about 2 minutes I got a phone call from Jake with Wright Realty. I’m pretty sure it was a Sunday afternoon. He immediately set up an appointment with me to see the home, and was agreeable to adding on two more. This was my first experience buying a house solely on my own, coupled with a complicated situation with a pre-existing divorce and shared ownership of a different house. Jake made it easy peasy! He introduced me to the people I needed to help with financing and other details, kept in constant communication, and answered all my questions without delay. I would without a doubt recommend Jake to anybody buying or selling a home. You won’t be disappointed!

Jake was responsive and showed us everything we asked to see, ultimately finding the diamond in the rough we were hoping for. He even introduced us to a mortgage broker we ended up using and were extremely pleased with. Throughout the entire process, Jake proved himself to be a true professional who had our best interests at heart. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
