We bought a townhome three weeks ago, in that three weeks we have absolutely loved it. It has been a positive experience! The townhouse was built very well, we really love the layout! Working with the Wright Homes employees was very easy and convenient. They treated us like family and were very welcoming. They were very professional, as first time home buyers they answered all of our questions and they explained the process of buying a home step by step. We enjoyed working with them, even after buying the home I was surprised on how well their customer service was making sure that we were getting all of our needs taken care of. I enjoyed buying through Wright Homes and absolutely would do it again. I’m very happy with my investment and felt that Wright Homes came through with what they promised.

Wright Homes has been amazing to work with. One of the top builders that I have been able to associate with. They were more than accommodating for my buyers. I will definitely be taking them again!

Overall we have had a pretty good experience with Wright Homes. There were a few kinks when we moved in that definitely should have been taken care of first before we moved in but they got most of them taken care of w/in 2-3 weeks after that. Cons: I hate the massive curbs to get in and out of the streets and the south facing driveways. They're massive and I scrape on them every time, even when taking a harder angle. I also wish we had our own mail boxes on the town homes, it's annoying to drive out to the box for every time. Our place was originally set for a move-in date for late August and we didn't move in until mid-october which seems to be a recurring theme with other homeowners near us. Luckily we were in a spot where we didn't need to be moved in right away and could wait it out. The construction workers are a little sloppy - we always have trash and things blowing over from the construction across the street but that should clean up as people get moving in. Pros: They're pretty easy to work with. We liked our experience with Kenny and Dave. The townhomes are a fair price for what you get although I wish they found a way to make the master a bit bigger and take some square footage away from the other two rooms. We liked the upgrade options they had and we did a lot of them and they're all holding up well thus far. Parkside is a good location with lots of food and shopping options around it. We have a great view of the mountains so here's to hoping they don't build on the field to the east!

I bought a house from Wright Homes. My roof leaked in the living room. Sloppy workmanship. There's been drainage issues with landscaping sloppy grading and preparation for drainage.

Whitney was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. As a first time homebuyer, many questions and concerns came up and she was able to make me feel comfortable and help with whatever I needed.
