He listens attentively to your requirements and concerns and gently guides you towards the hearing aids that he thinks will suit you best. You have the opportunity to try before you commit - more than one type if that is what you want - so you can be confident that the hearing aids you buy are absolutely right for you. His aftercare service is very good and his prices very competitive. I can confidently recommend him - you won’t be disappointed!

I can’t say enough good things about Worthing Hearing Care. From the first contact the level of care and service was exemplary. Gabriel helped me to choose what was right for me and spent all the time I needed to make a good decision. If you are able to get to Worthing it is worth the effort. Once purchased the care doesn’t stop and today Gabriel was able to use Remote Care to contact my hearing aids while I sat at home to make a fine tuning adjustment for me in about five minutes. They really put the client first and listen to your requirements. My hearing aids are just excellent with the latest technology with the added bonus of being 50% less than a nationwide chain for the exact same product. 10 stars !!

Gabriel is not just knowledgeable about Audiology and technology, but he's a genuinely decent bloke too. I absolutely love the Phonak Sphere Infinio aids for work and pleasure. They connect effortlessly to all my Bluetooth devices, and taking international calls on Zoom, Teams, Google Chat, or Cisco Webex has never been easier. I can't thank Gabriel enough for his recommendation and will definitely be using him for all my hearing needs going forward.

I cannot recommend Gabriel at Worthing Hearing Care enough. I needed an upgrade with my 5+ year aids and after visiting several different audiologists locally, came across this company and noted the fantastic reviews. Although I live a fair distance away, there was absolutely no issues with the trial and subsequent purchase which was much more competitive. Any further adjustments have successfully been done remotely. Gabriel is fantastic, very personable, takes the time to listen and no hard sell which I experienced elsewhere for particular brands.

Outstanding professional service and prices considerably lower than the local competition. I needed to upgrade my old single hearing aid for a pair of new ones. From the initial hearing tests, through the free loan of different products to try out right up to final fitting and ongoing free service, Gabriel is understanding, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. The final price was 30% less than anywhere else. Do not buy anywhere else until you have tried here. 8th Oct 25: Just had my 6 month review which included another hearing test and a slight adjustment to the technology. All included in the outstanding service at no extra cost. Still delighted 🙂

Really just here to echo everyone else - Gabriel is an absolute star and a lovely man. I found Gabriel after feeling a bit hard-sold and slightly uncomfortable at a high street chain, particularly because my questions weren't really being answered. In contrast, Gabriel didn't try to sell me on anything, talked me through all my options and let me trial two pairs of hearing aids (different makes) before buying. He gave me so much of his time, answered all my questions and even took extra time to show me all the stuff on his screen I was curious about. On top of that, his prices are an absolute bargain compared to everywhere else. Really glad to have found him, and I know me and my partner are in good hands for the future. Thanks Gabriel!
