Purchased 4 machines at once, a washer, dryer, dishwasher and stove. The prices are fair and they're not trying to haggle, which I appreciate. The salesperson is very helpful. The store is clean and organized and there aren't too many machines so it's not like an overcrowded menu at a restaurant. There was an issue with the stove. They brought a superior machine the next day and now everyone's thrilled. I'll go back to this place for sure.

If you want roaches, then go ahead and place your order. If not, I highly recommend you just go buy a new fridge. For some reason, I can’t leave a new review but I can let you guys know now there’s no food in my house that’s ever been left out. My house is spotless. I’ve lived here for over a year with no problems. I had an exterminator come in and let me know that the roach infestation came from YOUR FRIDGE because roaches come from appliances. Please check your information before you come at me. Oh also, you can Google it, but it takes up to six months for roaches to appear in your house when they come from an infested appliance. Your guys company is dirty and it’s disgusting that this is the review that you’re leaving me. My landlord is the one that’s responsible for reaching out to you guys not me so don’t come at me. I sincerely hope you get shut down

Freindly knowledgeable staff. We have gotten appliances here at two different times. Would recommend it to any one who is buying used appliances. We got us a Frigidaire Gallery convection glass top Stove at a reasonable price.

5 star experience with this company today. Walked in to inquire about used dryers and they had a good selection in various price ranges. The associate Naomi explained their differences and we were able to make a decision in 5 minutes. Explained warranty and install options and even helped us load it in our van. Makes me wonder why buy anywhere else. Thanks guys were very happy.

I bought a glass top range last weekend and wanted to pass on my appreciation for the experience . Naomi was friendly , knowledgeable and very helpful . We love the stove and I will definitely keep this business in mind if we need to replace another appliance

I didn’t catch his name, but the fella with glasses was amazingly honest with us. We came in with the intention to buy a new dryer because our old one stopped spinning. We told him about our problem and he gave us advice on how to fix it, where to get the part and how to install it instead of buying a new machine. Very grateful for his honesty as we were able to buy the part for $15 and fix it in less than a hour. Dealing with an honest salesperson is the best trait someone in business can have.

The lady working was kind and very helpful. She walked me through many different appliances and their pros and cons. The oven I did choose came pretty much a day later and they took my old one away. Great customer service, I will be back! Thanks again!

My wife and I purchased a washer & dryer from Worldwide Appliance in October 2023. They offer a wide selection and great prices, and the employees in the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. About three months after our purchase, we had an issue with our washer. We called the store because the appliances came with a warranty and they offered to look at the washer for us right away. We received a call back the same day, letting us know that because the replacement part would take a while to arrive, we could instead pick out a new washer from their showroom. We also let them know that our dryer belt sounded like it was making a noise, and instead of just fixing it they offered us a new dryer that would match the new washer we were getting. We stopped by the store to pick out the new appliances on a Saturday morning, and they had them delivered and installed 2 days later. We couldn't be happier with the customer service we received from them; they went above and beyond, and we would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for appliances.
