Not many people have seen one of these. This is a German wasp nest. Not as common to find them like this, German wasps more often make nests underground or in wall cavities. This was a very large example of one. Luckily the chickens moved out before the wasps moved in. We are extremely busy at the moment destroying and removing wasp nests
