My partner came in for a long overdue haircut as he had been growing his hair out and wasn't sure on what he wanted. We were welcomed in and the barber went through a few options that suited my partner. We were very impressed with the service and he will definitely come back. Thank you!

Got recommended a specific barber at this shop by a friend as my previous barber shop closed down and I was looking for a new barber somewhere local. Booked an appointment with that specific barber that was recommended. Show up on the day at the correct time and let them know I had a booking with that specific barber. Without any explanation or being asked, I got put with another barber who “didn’t have any bookings”. Obviously this was convenient for the shop. I wasn’t told why I wasn’t put with the barber I booked, nor was I offered to wait for him etc. it was just “take a seat in this chair”. Wasn’t offered a drink despite the customer next to me getting a beer, wasn’t asked if I liked my haircut (had to actually ask them to get a mirror to see the back). Wasn’t asked if I wanted it styled or any product in it. The young bloke cutting my hair actually did an alright job, especially considering (I assume) he’s fairly new to it. When I asked at payment why I wasn’t put with the barber I booked, I was told “I don’t know. Must’ve been a miscommunication. Maybe you should have said something”. Not sure what else a customer is meant to say other than “I’m here for my 12:30 booking with Sim”. Pretty self explanatory. They then offered to fix my haircut….cant exactly glue the hair back on. Edit: (added after owners response) I was never advised that the barber I booked couldn’t cut my hair. I wasn’t offered “you can either wait for the barber you booked or get your hair cut now by this available barber” like the owner is trying to state. I was told “take a seat in this chair”. You also said there were “2 barbers free” and then said “actually this one has bookings so take a seat there”. I’d never been to the shop before so I had no idea what the barber I booked looked like, or that he wasn’t available. Hearing it now for the first time in this response. As a business the onus is on you to provide the service your customers book/pay for and if there’s a reason you can’t provide it, you should explain it to the customer and give them the option like you’re trying to claim in your response. If you had asked me that question I would have happily waited. Don’t expect customers to be confrontational with you or have a crystal ball and know why they’re being told to sit in a certain chair. I actually spoke to the barber I booked when I made the payment and he is the one that said he “wasn’t sure” why he didn’t cut my hair and it “must’ve been a miscommunication”. He didn’t say he was unavailable or running behind. In fact he said the client after me came in early and that’s who’s hair he started cutting shortly after I arrived.

Terrible experience at this so-called “world class” barber shop. The owner, Michael, was unbelievably rude and arrogant — acting like he’s above everyone else. Honestly, I don’t know how this place has so many glowing reviews; makes me wonder how many are real and how many are bought. I’ll never be returning and would strongly warn others to think twice before wasting their time or money here.

Great Barber shop that actually takes their time and doesn't just rush you out the door asap. Kamiran was great and did a fantastic job with the fade, even asked if I wanted a drink during the cut which is something I had never been asked before! Will definitely be coming back!

I came in with extremely long hair wanting to cut it short with a fade cut and I am extremely pleased with the haircut and overall service from Kamiran. Kamiran cut my hair exactly as I asked for and was very patient while taking his time to cut through a lot of long hair to achieve the cut I was looking for. 5 out of 5 Stars, I will definitely be coming back to World Class Barbers for my next haircut!

I feel like they only like their own kind. I made an appointment 3 hours prior, when I arrived, they told me the person I booked was away. The guy was sarcastically telling me, ‘he’s not even here today, why did you even booked him.” Well I how was I supposed to know? I was cool at the time, and was fine leaving. Then, the group of them were discussing who wanted to cut my hair. It was obvious no one wanted to cut my hair, and they didn’t even try to be discreet. Eventually one of them settled and began cutting away. The entire time, he kept talking with the other barbers, chatting with the customers, and joking around with the randoms who would poke their heads into the shop. He had no interest in battering with me. So I just sat quietly and hoping he would cut faster. He didn’t. I was in the chair for 1 hour. All I asked was a fade, not even to trim the top. It wasn’t that great, and I could see those around had very neat, clean fades. Mine did not blend well at all. In the end, he ended up cutting the top, which I never asked for. It was obvious they didn’t want me to return. I struggled to find a decent barber, as I moved in the area not too long ago. I am very disappointed to have came here, as I would come to the area often for a kebab or a burger. Now every time I drive past here, I would always feel upset about the experience. I hope someone reading this could maybe be more considerate and equal to all customers.

World Class Barbers are the best in the business. Michael and his team are professional, friendly and 100% customer focused. They are always focused on the detail and giving the customer what they want, and never ever rush when doing your cut. The atmosphere is great and everything customer feels like the are getting VIP treatment. Can't speak highly enough of this business. Keep up the great work guys!

Got cut by Huss. I came in with an awful haircut from a barber earlier today and Huss completely looked after me. Welcoming & top tier service. Highly recommend
