He was very friendly and approachable, which made the training engaging and enjoyable. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making the material easy to understand for everyone. He also encouraged participation and made sure all questions were answered. Overall, it was an informative, well-organized, and enjoyable training session. I had a great experience doing my Working at Heights training with Worksite Safety. The course ran from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, and the time was managed perfectly. The training was a solid mix of written material and hands-on experience, which really helped solidify what we were learning. A special thanks to our instructor, Akil. He was knowledgeable, kept the class engaged all day, and made sure everyone was comfortable with the practical gear. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this training. The instructor Ryan delivered the material with great enthusiasm and made the session very engaging. The information was very useful and well explained. I especially liked how he included jokes and short videos during the training — it made everything more interesting and easier to understand. Overall, it was both informative and enjoyable. Thank you very much for the great training!

I had an excellent experience in the Working at Heights training course. The location and classroom environment were outstanding — very organized, clean, and comfortable. Our instructor, Mr. Lou Raggiunti, was truly one of the most memorable people I have met. He was extremely responsible, professional, and genuinely kind. When he realized that English is my second language, he made sure to check in with me after every chapter to confirm that I fully understood the material. That level of care and attention meant a lot to me. Overall, it was a very positive and valuable experience, and I highly recommend this course to anyone.

I had the pleasure of having Akil as our trainer for the Working at Heights refresher course with Worksite Safety, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Akil was punctual, extremely thorough with all the training material, and very engaging throughout the session. He made the class feel personal by remembering everyone’s name, was polite and professional, and was very mindful of the time allotted for both the course and the testing. The training was clear, well organized, and delivered in a way that kept everyone involved while still covering all the required content properly. I will be specifically requesting Akil for future safety training for my staff, and I would highly recommend both Akil and Worksite Safety for anyone needing safety training or certification. If Akil happens to read this, I would also love it if he could take a moment to review our painting company as well, especially regarding our commitment to safety compliance and professional work practices. - Carlos Rey Rosso

Course Content & Delivery The program was exceptionally well-structured, moving from theoretical legal requirements to the hands-on practical application of fall protection systems. Akil’s delivery style is what truly set this course apart. He has a knack for taking dense regulatory material—like the Occupational Health and Safety Act—and explaining it through real-world scenarios that actually happen on a job site. The "Akil" Difference Akil is an instructor who clearly values safety over just "checking a box." He was patient during the harness-fitting portion of the class, ensuring every participant knew exactly how to perform a "buddy check" and how to identify even the smallest signs of equipment wear and tear. His focus on Suspension Trauma and rescue planning was eye-opening and went beyond the standard curriculum. Practical Application The hands-on portion was rigorous. We practiced: Inspecting lanyards, anchors, and harnesses. Calculating Total Fall Distance to ensure we wouldn't hit the ground before the equipment engaged. Proper tie-off techniques for various work surfaces. Final Verdict If you are looking for a certification that actually prepares you for the risks of the job, I highly recommend this program. Ask for Akil—his expertise and emphasis on a "safety-first" culture are top-tier.
