WOOF Dog Daycare & Boarding

Found Woof San Ramon on the internet because we needed a place for our pup Bode to be boarded for the very first time! I’m so happy to find such a friendly and fun place for my lil pup! The process was very smooth, bode came in for his 2 hr “interview” and ended up staying longer because he was just having such a great time! I really appreciate all the detailed information and fast communication from the staff at woof! They sent photos and text update during his stay! I knew Bode had an amazing stay because i picked up a tired and CONTENT pup :) he also left with a cute little goodie bag! Thank you WOOF San Ramon! Bode can’t wait to come back for more fun!

Woof is great. Our little 42 lbs dog, Mocha, always comes back happy and healthy. We've been taking her here for over 7 years and tried a few other places but find the care to be excellent here. They may not have webcams but can send you photos.

Our pup Daisy absolutely loves coming here, and everyone we've interacted with is so friendly and caring. Daisy was a nervous pup when we first got her & was initially hesitant to go in for daycare. Since her first visit, she runs right in! Plus, they send great pictures of her and her buddies throughout the day :)

Woof is awesome, I've been boarding my small dog Macey here for years. The staff are all great: Very organized, communicative, super nice and serious dog lovers. I like getting daily photos of my dog's cuddle time. I travel a lot for work and my dog is at Woof regularly. I've used other "dog hotels" in the past and my dog seemed miserable, but she seems to be happy at Woof. I trust my dog with *almost* no one but when she stays at Woof I have peace of mind no matter where my travels take me. Their check-in process is so thorough, if my dog had any issues they have a long list of people to contact, including my vet, so they always have a game plan just in case. See you soon, Woof!

Staff is friendly. Valet drop off and pick up, so I've never been inside the facility. So far, they have been quick to report even the smallest injury (i. e. small cuts from playing). My dog usually comes home smelling bad, but that seems pretty typical of daycare, considering she's around other dogs pretty much all day. Pricing seems typical, and they do offer discounted packages. Not sure if they offer any additional enrichment in their daycare routine. Unfortunately, they don't have live camera access that many other daycares offer. If they did, that'd take my rating up to 5 stars, especially since I haven't had any major problems with this place.

I started taking my dog back in December and he's loved it. He's been to daycare and recently was boarded for 6 nights! I was definitely worried leaving him for so long but was confident he would be taken care of by the great staff. I was given updates and pictures daily as I was away on my trip, which definitely gave me piece of mind. Would highly recommend Woof to anyone!

We have never boarded our rescue dog until we had to leave town and couldn't bring him along. I found Woof and they were incredible. They truly have a kind, wonderful staff who really care about and love their job! Our dog is very nervous and shy and they were so helpful in getting him comfortable and even getting him to play with other dogs. I received a text message every day with a picture of my dog to let me know he was happy and doing well. This is now the only place I will ever board my dog! Thank you, Woof, you guys are the best!

I had to leave a review to compliment the Woof staff. I just picked up my dog yesterday for a week plus stay. I was nervous to leave him as he never has boarded but Woof was recommended to me. While I was gone they were super responsive when I reached out to them.They send pics and kept me updated daily, but if you request a video they will send. When I picked him up he was relaxed and tired, which was to be expected, but not stressed. Caitlin and Alexis lmk how his stay was, were friendly and caring. I also leave him for daycare and Crystal and staff are great with him. I definitely recommend!

We have had such a wonderful experience with Woof! The team is kind and attentive. They take the time to get to know the animals and I never stress when I have to board my pup. I've never had an issue reaching anyone directly. They are all so kind and communicative!

My 4 dogs did boarding there for 16-nights in June. I greatly appreciate the care and attention that was given to all of them. I received photos of their stay; it was so comforting to know they were in good hands. All of the staff members that I met was wonderful and made me feel good inside about leaving my pets there for the first time. Will definitely use Woof, San Ramon for our babies boarding again!
