The site is still under development, with plenty of properties available to own. Our site is open all year round, allowing you to come and go as you please. We also charge no additional fees for subletting, which means our properties can make an ideal investment for an extra income.
Onsite we have a beautiful fishing pond, great for a budding angler or enjoying a quiet afternoon on our quiet site.

Stayed here for a few nights, absolutely fabulous site. Clean, neat and very well maintained. Everyone we have met has been friendly and easy to talk too. I can very easily say that I would recommend this site to everyone. Thankyou!

We moved to Woodleigh Park just over a year ago. We love it here. Beautiful park . Great views. Well kept and maintained. All staff are helpful, friendly and polite. Location is great for Dartmoor and Exeter A30.
