Jordan explains that everyone has imbalances—especially people who work out all the time. Our bodies will shift and adapt to keep up with the constant movement and the fatigue, creating muscle weaknesses and asymmetry in the spine. Just because someone takes great care of their body doesn't mean that they don't need chiropractic care!
