Many of us sleep in positions that put undue stress on our spines, causing neck and back pain. Don’t worry, though—Dr. Keyes is here to teach us how we should sleep to maintain alignment!
For back sleepers: use an indented pillow to cradle your head and place a regular pillow underneath your knees.
For side sleepers: use the outer edge of an indented pillow to rest the side of your head on and place a regular pillow between your knees.
And there you have it! Perfect alignment.
