I was looking to replace the flooring throughout the entire main floor (1300 sqft) and someone recommended to me Woodchuck Flooring. This place is a hidden gem. Deserves more than 5 stars, because they are just that good! I was dealing with Malik and he was WONDERFUL! So helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my many questions and I felt really informed about choosing the right flooring for my needs. Malik’s communication was exceptional! He kept me posted every step of the way with my order and made himself available any time I had additional questions. I get so many complements on this floor! They have a very good selection of quality flooring, offer excellent prices, and the staff really know their products. This will forever be my go-to flooring store. I highly recommend Woodchuck Flooring.

They staff is incredibly friendly and very responsive. I was looking for 1 3/4 width oak hardwood flooring and they are the only place in town that sells it. The staff also helped to recommend where I could find crown moulding and corner moulding They helped load it into my car and I was in an out within 15 minutes. It's made in Canada too!

My review is long overdue. I purchased roughly 900-1000 sqft of laminate back in March of last year (2022). I was going to purchase from another retailer, because their price for a comparable flooring (same brand, different model) was cheaper, just the colour was slightly different. I decided to try Woodchuck Flooring, because they were closer and they had good reviews. I'm glad that I did! Jamie was super nice and helpful. Every time I called to ask about something, he would take the time to help me. He allowed me to take the showroom sample home, but I ended up just taking a picture. Because I had a big purchase (along with other items), he gave me a discount which made it comparable to the other place that I was going to originally. I was super happy! Even the warehouse guys were nice. I couldn't load up everything in one trip so the guy said I could come back to take the rest. Since then, I've already recommended Woodchuck Flooring to my colleagues. I would definitely come back for my future wood flooring needs!

Fantastic service! We needed one piece of hardwood to replace an existing threshold during a renovation. I was having a hard time finding what we needed. Another flooring store recommended I contact Mark Nassis at Woodchuck. He and his team went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much Mark, your help was invaluable and really appreciated!

I needed a good flooring that was easy to install and that had to be a particular look. After emailing them, Mark returned my email and with a few exchanges back and forth, we found the perfect product. When I went into the store to pick up the flooring, the guys there, Jamie, Chris and Malik were very helpful with my questions and gave me a few pointers to help me with the install.

We had to replace the upstairs flooring in our "new" 110 year old house. It was a daunting task, but Malik at Woodchuck Flooring was immensely patient and helpful; a goldmine of information and options. He helped us pick exactly what we wanted (2-1/4" Golden Oak that matches our main floor perfectly) and kept in touch with updates on our order progress. If I could give him and Woodchuck more than five stars, I would.

Woodchuck flooring did our floors back in 1992. Due to a recent renovation we needed to patch the hole left by a removal of a wall . Jamie was very helpful in matching the hardwood needed and gave us outstanding service.

We bought flooring from Woodchucks 6 years ago for a reno we were doing and they were amazing to deal with. Fast forward to today and we are looking to match the flooring for another part of the house and they are incredible to deal with just like last time.
