We cannot recommend this company enough
From our initial enquiry through the installation they have been outstanding.
Kean and Sarah helped us through the options and provided clear, helpful advice, with no sales pitch or pressure.
The installation team of Niall , James and Ken were so polite, respectful and hardworking with a lovely manner.
They were clean and tidy workers, very little mess which was quickly removed.
The work has been done to an extremely high standard which exceeded our expectations, it looks amazing.
The aftercare and ensuring we were happy on using the stove and any questions we had was fantastic.
Cannot recommend this team enough.

From the start the lovely Sara gave us knowledgeable advice, resulting in us buying our first wood burner. Kean and the 3 lads installed it in a day they were polite skilful and clean workers. It was also lovely to hear Kean explaining to one of the new lads how to do things etc he is a great mentor. In this day and age it is worrying letting strangers into your property but these workers were 100% trustworthy. I will recommend this company to everyone their service and professionalism is first class. Thank you all at Woodburners & Fires Southwest.
