Fun place to have a few drinks and throw some axes. Our instructor was really helpful in explaining technique and never made us feel rushed. There are also a bunch of other games to play onsite, in case you want to mix it up.

I cannot recommend this place enough! We had a corporate group event here and it was amazing! Everyone enjoyed throwing axes and even those who were concerned about throwing were hitting bulls eyes by the end of the night! Tony led a singles and a team tournament. It was just the right amount of fun and competition set to great music and a fun atmosphere.

I organized a team event here. Everything was great, from easy online booking to questions being answered in a timely manner. The venue is awesome! We had so much fun! The staff were super friendly and fun! I highly recommend this place for your next team event, as long as they like each other. ;) PS They have a league night. My team and I are seriously considering joining. It’s a fun and unique experience!

Awesome experience! The whole team went above and beyond to ensure the Vail Valley Business Women had a great event. They were generous with their time and energy and I would highly recommend hosting your event here or stopping by as a smaller group. 5/5!

We thoroughly enjoyed throwing axes, playing Foosball & Jenga. We got pizza delivered to us and location had good drink selection. Parking was easy but we went on a Tuesday. Instructors were cool and helped with instructions on how to throw axes.

I contacted this amazing company to help with a large party coming in for a business trip. Hans went above and beyond. With booking mistake on our part. Hans drove in on day off and gave the group an amazing experience. Will be back next time for sure. Good to see a small business do so well!!!! Thanks again.

I have Wood & Steel three times now with a different group of friends each time. We always had such a great time. And the staff is awesome! Very friendly very helpful and Hanns is just great! If you're looking for something unique to do in the valley, I highly recommend giving this a try.

We had a group of 9 family members (ages 13 to 66) who went for my son's 15th Birthday. The general manager Hans was super friendly and helpful in getting everyone comfortable. He took the time to work with each person to teach them the best way to throw for their skill level. Everyone had a great time and looking forward to going back on our next trip.

Super chill vibes, Hans hooks it up. They let us play for a little while longer than we signed up for so that was awesome. Everyone was super helpful, just make sure you reserve your lane ahead of time to make it easier on them, thanks y’all for the great time!

What an awesome time! We’ve been to a number of Axe throwing spots and this is by far my favorite. Fun, great vibe, great drink selection, fresh popcorn, and the W&S Axe Company team is top notch!
