The owner is very polite, patient, and always available to help. He explained every detail clearly before we made the purchase, which made us feel confident about our decision. The cot wood quality is raw and strong, and the mattress is also very comfortable. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product and service. Recently we brought 2 Nilkamal Sleep Ortho Mattresses, they gave very good discount, among that one was customized one with 78×66, unknowingly we ordered queen size bed for that and it became small, without any second thought they replaced the mattress and brought the customized size mattress which was suitable for our bed and they brought the new one and then took back the previous one, this was really a very good service and thanks to the team, I would highly recommend this woodmart furniture shop, they also have wide varieties of Sofas, beds and tables at reasonable priceses

I have an awesome experience with this store.The behaviour of the owner is very good. I just went randomly in the shop looking for a table that i have seen on a online platform. They told me that they do not have same model but they can build one for me. So i shared the photos and dimensions of the table and they build the table much better and stronger than online product. Even they explained me about the pros and cons of the model and how to solve the cons. And the best part - i got the product at my home in much lesser price than online. And finally 3 of my friends ordered same table from this shop 😊😊😊

Ordered a single cot on 31st Aug, promised one week delivery, its been more than a month but not reached yet. Mobile is switched off, no call back, horrible..

The owner was helpful and provided good discounts on quality mattresses. The delivery service was prompt. Would especially mention the young and hardworking boy Nassir, who delivered the mattresses aptly.

Recently went for purchasing a sofa set with center table. They offered to make the sofa at the least price we could find in the market with good quality materials. The sofa turned up great and is pretty solid. We needed the sofa one day before the delivery day and on our request they prioritised our sofa to get it finished and delivered one day before the scheduled date. Overall great experience and the owners are very humble and helpful for any request we made.
