Wood Line Custom Fencing

After a long and stressful search to find a fencing contractor to add some fence posts to my property, I ended up being turned away by a few, ignored by another who promised to come out, and given an extremely high bid by another (sight unseen). Finally, I found Wood Line! They came out when they said they would, gave a fair estimate ( a fraction of the first estimate), and completed the work in a very timely manner. They were courteous, professional, and did a wonderful job. I feel very fortunate to have found them, and will be calling on them again for future fencing needs.

We can’t recommend this company enough. First, our fence looks amazing. The guys were prompt, respectful, friendly and professional. And an added benefit in our book, just great guys. We loved our fence so much we hired them to build a loft in our garage for added storage. It is so well built we could park our cars up there. We just found out they do concrete work and we are so excited because we would hire them for everything.

We have been contacting companies for some time now to put a privacy fence in our backyard. They either never responded to calls, stood us up when we scheduled an estimate, or way overpriced us because of our location (which is right in Richmond). Wood Line responded quickly, came out for an estimate after work hours, gave us a reasonable price, and within a week of giving us an estimate, had our yard marked for utilities, set the fence posts in concrete, and finished the fence. The fence went up in two days! The gate is sturdy and they even put arches on top of the fence at no added cost. Curtis is friendly and professional and his team worked so hard to get everything completed. Also, they cleaned up, and even made sure that they replaced the dirt around the posts properly. I couldn't be more pleased!

Wood Line replaced my fence after damage from the recent storm. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done quickly. My new fence looks great! When they were done they cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them!

Would not recommend quality of work not up to the $9000 dollar i spent. moved to new house in Georgetown had to have a fence $3000 +and the deck redone $4000+ fence had to be moved because of the homeowner's assoc. additional 2000+. they were going to come back to stain but we had problems with the deck, had to spend another 2000 to have the repairs done by another contractor to make the deck safe i feel i was taken advange of would not trust them or their work. filing a report with the BBB Beware

We were very pleased with Curtis and his workers. They came one day and measured and gave us an estimate and the following weekend they were here putting in posts, the next day they put the fence up. We love our fence and I am recommending them to family and friends. Thank you guys!

Great price, great guy, amazing back yard. We had privacy fence and patio built and can not be happier. It allows us to be outside more and entertain and share more time with family. Curtis made our perfect backyard dream come true.

Does not show up when promised to complete work. Work is not up to par with other similar companies, even though they talk down about other companies to everyone they speak to. Had to reach out to a family member of the owner to get a response. Fence installed not up to the excellent standards they brag about, and when they arrive to “fix” things, they make matters worse. When you tell them what you want fixed, they’ll agree to fix some things, but won’t complete the list. When you post a photo of the work online, they message you that they’re coming after you for “DISCRIMINATION”. I hope you laughed as hard as I did at that one. Threatening someone with lawyers for posting a photo of the poor work should tell you everything you need to know!

We just moved into a house in Georgetown and needed a fence for the dogs ASAP. We called the big guys in the area, Rio Grande and Roark, Rio Grande's quote was through the roof, I'll get to Roark later. Luckily I drove by Walmart and saw the Wood Line sign out front and called, he was at the house THAT NIGHT to quote us, quoted us an incredible price on the spot (didn't have to wait 5 days for a quote) and said he'd have the fence done by Sunday night (this was on like Tuesday, everyone else said it'd be over a month. Wood Line had come over, measured the yard, did the quote right there (for the fence and the deck at the same time), AND had the posts set for the fence before Roark even called us back. Fence is done now and looks incredible, he's even got us an automatic gate opener for the driveway installed. He's guaranteed workmanship as well. We've already contracted them to do our deck too and after seeing the fence I know it'll be top notch. Great folks, give them a call.

Is this company still in business? In April we scheduled a fencing project, had utilities marked, haven’t seen them since. They quit responding to phone calls and texts to know when - nothing. It’s June. Frustrated.
