Wonkeeland Appliance Repair

Schedule an appointment online after a Google search and Wonkeeland came up with a strong rating and reviews. My basic Kenmore washer is about nine years old and has performed well; it stopped filling with water. Appointment was made, with service date three days later. I received text updates and email confirmation. Leon showed up and sorted through the problem promptly and provided a quote. Not at all unexpected cost to have the job done. I agreed to the quote to have repairs effected, which included the initial diagnostic. Part arrived three days later and full repair was complete the next day. I'd call Wonkeeland again.

Called based on other reviews and they were not wrong. Scheduled service quickly, arrived close to scheduled time, with text updates to let you know when he was coming. Leon was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed problem, ordered parts, and returned as soon as parts arrived to install. Paid half of bill during diagnostics and final payment upon completion. All went extremely well and would not hesitate to call again.
