We had the absolute BEST experience at Wonder Dog with Jesse as our trainer for Rocco. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. From day one, Rocco clicked with Jesse — and so did I. She has this calm, confident presence that dogs immediately respond to. She was incredibly patient, kind, and consistent with him, even on the days he was very much in his “puppy phase.” She never made us feel rushed or discouraged. Instead, she built him up and taught me how to work with him the right way. What impressed me most is that she doesn’t just train your dog — she teaches YOU how to communicate with your dog. That made all the difference for us. Rocco is more focused, more responsive, and honestly just more confident since working with her. If you’re considering training at Wonder Dog, ask for Jesse. She is the real deal, and we are so grateful for her.

Goose is the most important thing in my life, and before Wonder Dog, I truly felt lost. He was extremely reactive, to the point where I couldn’t walk him for months. Every walk was overwhelming: constant pulling, barking, lunging, trying to attack anyone or any animal he could even see. At home, he would attack the windows, wouldn’t listen to me, and was even reactive toward children. I was exhausted, heartbroken, and honestly didn’t know where to turn. Then we found Wonder Dog, and everything changed. Corey, the owner, has built something truly incredible. The two trainers who absolutely transformed Goose were Jessie and Gordon. Jessie worked with Goose on his inside training and helped bring calm, structure, and focus into our home. Gordon handled the one-on-one training and walks, and gave Goose (and me) the confidence and tools we desperately needed. Their patience, consistency, and understanding of reactive dogs is unmatched. Goose is now a completely different dog. I can walk him again without fear or stress. Our home is peaceful. He listens, he’s calmer, and he’s finally able to just be a dog. The team at Wonder Dog did not just train Goose, but they trained me. I learned how to read Goose's body language so I was able to stop the reactivity before it even started. They showed me how to communicate with Goose through words, quick actions and taught me how to properly use a prong collar and e-collar. To this day, every walk I get Goose ready for, he jumps up and down and wags his tail when he sees his collar, because he knows it means adventure, sniffs and freedom to be him outside on his walk. Gordon and Jessie really calmed my nerves, and were patient with me as I learned throughout this journey. The progress feels nothing short of life-changing. Without Wonder Dog, I truly don’t know where Goose and I would be today. If you’re struggling with a reactive dog and feeling hopeless, I cannot recommend Corey, Jessie, Gordon, and the entire Wonder Dog team enough. They didn’t just train my dog, they changed both of our lives, and I could not be more grateful.

Great experience with WonderDog! Our puppy was full of energy and bad behaviors that needed addressing. Our very first in home session with Gordon provided an immediate behavior shift and provided us with tools to start the training in home immediately. After just a few minutes, our dog would sit at the door when opened, instead of bolting out and was in the beginning phases of walking with a loose leash. After another in home with Gordon, we worked on staying in place and leaving things alone with a simple command. The weekly sessions at WonderDog are where this training is reinforced and it also provides a weekly break from your developing dog. I feel like each week he’s gotten better and that’s in no small part to Jesse. She was amazing working with our dog. Lots of feedback and instruction upon pickup. She went over everything with us in detail and helped coach us, as well as our puppy. The heavy lifting is on the owners however, as these behaviors need to be constantly reinforced. It is really starting to pay off, as I took my dog for a 45 min walk last week with his leash dragging behind him the entire time and I felt I had complete control of him without ever having to touch his leash. Gordon was amazing! Perfect communication with him and needs of our two dogs! Highly recommend! My two dogs are still the most fun and energetic dogs as ever. They are more discipline and obedient to commands especially with a newborn!

Wonder Dog Training & Games is a phenomenal place to help train your dog and yourself become better together!! The staff is extremely friendly and the trainers really know their stuff!! We had recently adopted a beautiful sweet baby girl from the Humane Society. She was sweet, but definitely needed some manners!! We knew she was going to be fairly big, especially in weight and that was a concern for us with her being around our grandchildren. Nobody wants to see an 90 pound dog jumping on people, especially little people and being unruly!! We definitely went to the right place!! We learned so much and not just commands but how and why it all works together. They don't just teach your dog how to behave, but teach us humans and give us the tools to continue to carry on after training is complete. In a sense, it's truly not complete, as they are there for you and your dog even after, if behaviors or other problems arise. We loved our trainer, Jesse and our dog couldn't wait to go there and learn!! I can't recommend this place enough!! You absolutely cannot go wrong!! They truly set you up for success!! The guidance, support, and consistent follow-up on his progress made all the difference. What truly stood out was the love and thoughtful care behind every step. Rufus didn’t just improve—he transformed with love. Every tool, every session helped him grow, and it was clear he truly enjoyed the experience. Our neighbor recommended Wonder Dog to us, and we are happy we went through the program. Our puppy needed some training, and we hoped to improve her behavior more quickly than just struggling for two years until she mellowed out. Wonder Dog trainers Gordon and Jessie both worked with us on practical behavior training. They trained the puppy but equally importantly trained the humans so the lessons learned are put to use every day. Now that our puppy graduated, she is much easier to live with, we get compliments on how good she is, and she gets plenty of walks and off-leash time as well (where there's space).

So, in the last 2 yrs we lost Coco of 14 years and Susie of 14 and a half years. We loved our fur babies, however they were a hot mess! And we were too! They were not trained, we were not trained. They ran our house hold, not us, their parents. We decided to adopt a rescue this time. It has been one of the best decisions we have made. We knew we had to do things different this time. We are not getting any younger. We are in our 60's. When I tell you wonderdog is an amazing training center, this is not enough that we could share. Gordon our trainer was very patient with us! He was patient with Tanner! He is very professional, patient, kind, and knowledgeable! We discussed what our goal was. Gordon nailed it! Tanner is an amazing dog! Gordon saw his potential in the beginning. We worked together as a team to help Tanner be successfull and obedient. Using the training and what we all learned and being consistent, we will have many happy years together! Forever greatful for WONDERDOG!
