Very nice environment to live in. I’ll give 5stars nd 10 stars to the maintenance guy named ASHWA🫡🫡🫡 He’s a well mannered nd talented guy gets all my issues taken care of in my apartment. Respectfully takes his shoes off before entering my apartment as he always remembers we don’t wear shoes inside the apartment Today had some issues with my stove he came checked it out and fixed it in minutes. Thank you ASHWA

I love my home. The maintenance team is amazing. My water heater went out the week of Thanksgiving and Odir was able to order a new one and get it installed quickly before the holiday. Both Odir and Ashwa have great communication especially when it comes to work orders.

We reported maintenance in our unit dealing with the outlet and the next day they were able to come.Ashwa was able to fix the problem very efficiently. He was very communicative and explain the problem.Overall the experience was good.

Ashwa The maintenance person very friendly also everyone in the office is very friendly. Neighbors are very private. good service was fast and this is a very great apartment homes love it here

Year 2025, we only lived here for 4 months. The reason we didn’t stay long is because we got a new house. We really liked the neighborhood here. The people around here are very respectful and animal friendly. It’s a well maintained and calm environment. They have a great team of maintenance workers here such as Ashwa and Odir. They are highly motivated and skilled professional maintenance workers. They ensure of high quality service completed quickly that needed to done. Overall, they have great customer service. My only wish for the management to keep improving.

I needed to request maintenance for a few issues that came up in my unit. Ashwa took care of everything efficiently in a matter of minutes. He was communicative, friendly and helpful!

Beautiful area to live and do your walks. Friendly people and welcoming along with the staff and Ashwa the maintenance guy is amazing! Pet friendly and area to take your pets for a nice walk.

We love our home! Yemani is the absolute best! She has gone above and beyond to assist our family with any and everything from the application process to the last minute paint request. We are beyond grateful for all of her help. The maintenance team has been super responsive and reliable. Ashwa is super friendly and helpful , he’s responded to all of our maintenance needs with a smile on his face.

I’m so grateful for Ashwa! We have lived in this complex for a long time and we are so lucky to have Ashwa’s help with maintenance! Just recently, our washing machine broken and ashwa came early to access what the problem was, figured out what was needed to fix it, and came back early again with the piece we needed for the machine all before 3pm! He is very punctual and respectful. Every and any time we’ve asked him for help, he goes out of his way to fix any problems. The overall consensus from the residents who have been here a long time and have seen maintenance come and go can attest to his amazing work ethic and kindness.

I want to say big thanks to odir service manager for fixing the AC unit & going out of he's way to making it happen. Truly amazing & kind thing especially with it being extremely hot we are so happy. Thank you so much Odir.
