If 0 stars were possible, I would give it without hesitation.
This is by far the most disappointing, irresponsible, and frustrating experience I have ever had in my entire life.
I sent my laptop to this shop for checking on 8/1/2025. From day one, they never once updated me on the progress. I was forced to keep chasing them because I need my laptop for work.
Every time I contacted them, I got a different excuse:
First time: “Still checking.”
Second time (after I called again): “Need to order parts.”
Third time: “Undergoing testing.”
So which one is it? Checking, ordering, or testing? Clearly, there is no proper process, no responsibility, and no respect for customers’ time.
They wasted around 10 days of my time (until 16/1/2026) with zero transparency.
On top of that, they kept blaming excuses like technical team not around, went out, unavailable
The worst part came when I finally took my laptop back. After wasting my time for 10 days, I discovered that my laptop screws were missing.
Yes — they actually returned my laptop with missing screws 🙃
This is basic negligence.
On 16/1/2026, they promised to return my original screws on 17/1/2026. Once again, they broke their promise and postponed it, saying they will deliver it next Monday instead. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse.
This level of service is completely unacceptable and shows zero professionalism.
This is my first and absolutely last time dealing with this shop.
