I recently purchased a laptop and a desktop from WME Technology Enterprise and I’m very impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish the service was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. • The staff took the time to understand my budget and needs, and recommended setups that were both reliable and great value. • The product quality was excellent — both machines were in outstanding condition, brand-new, and were installed/checked on site before I took them home. • Customer service didn’t end at the sale: the team helped me get set up, answered follow-up questions about software and peripherals, and were happy to walk me through everything even though I’m not super tech-savvy. • The store’s online presence and shipping options are good. Their website shows current stock, and delivery was prompt and easy. • Overall, WME gives great value: good price, strong warranty/support, and a trustworthy team. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a PC, laptop or related tech. Thanks to the WME team — I’ll be returning for upgrades and accessories for sure!

If 0 stars were possible, I would give it without hesitation. This is by far the most disappointing, irresponsible, and frustrating experience I have ever had in my entire life. I sent my laptop to this shop for checking on 8/1/2025. From day one, they never once updated me on the progress. I was forced to keep chasing them because I need my laptop for work. Every time I contacted them, I got a different excuse: First time: “Still checking.” Second time (after I called again): “Need to order parts.” Third time: “Undergoing testing.” So which one is it? Checking, ordering, or testing? Clearly, there is no proper process, no responsibility, and no respect for customers’ time. They wasted around 10 days of my time (until 16/1/2026) with zero transparency. On top of that, they kept blaming excuses like technical team not around, went out, unavailable The worst part came when I finally took my laptop back. After wasting my time for 10 days, I discovered that my laptop screws were missing. Yes — they actually returned my laptop with missing screws 🙃 This is basic negligence. On 16/1/2026, they promised to return my original screws on 17/1/2026. Once again, they broke their promise and postponed it, saying they will deliver it next Monday instead. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse. This level of service is completely unacceptable and shows zero professionalism. This is my first and absolutely last time dealing with this shop. If you value your time, your work, and your device, think very carefully before sending your laptop here.
