Having arrived in Marlow late in 2024 we decided on substatial building works to our bungalow. Warren was recommended by an experienced builder. What a recommendation! We have now worked with Warren for the last 7 months and we have found his work and delivery - to both time and budget - to be top of the premier league. His advice in refining architects designs to give us improved solutions at more affordable costs is well appreciated. We could not recommend Warren more highly.

Warren gave a very prompt response to the initial problem and made a temporary fix before he was able to return to complete the necessary work to resolve the fault. Removal of carpets and floorboards were necessary, but all was neatly replaced and one wouldn’t know he had been there - apart from the working electrics! We thoroughly recommend his services.

I have used Warren for all of my electrical woes over the years. He first started doing small jobs when I was a landlord and was always brilliant...on time and budget and always great with tenants and communications with me. More recently when I was let down by my builder's sub-contractor during my house renovation, Warren was first on my call sheet to do a whole house rewire and commissioning - again he worked to time and budget, offering suggestions and alternatives to enhance what we were after. So why so long to write a review? In the last few days, Warren has gone from a trusted trade to hero. During an oven installation the delivery guy (from John Lewis) couldn't get the correct readings to continue the installation. I called Warren who arrived within 15mins and not only identified the issue but sorted out a better way to meet the manufacturers installation recommendations. On top of that, he identified a safety hazard (because he always goes beyond) and helped me rectify it with SSE due to the issue being with the property supply cable. Without that attention to detail/safety, there was a potential safety hazard to the family. And after all that, the bill wasn't much more than the John Lewis costs for installation!

Great work by Warren on sorting out power for my EV from my Garage. I was after a local electrician (Marlow) and found WJ after a search. After checking the reviews, I called and Warren did the rest. I would highly recommend Warren for domestic electrical work; good & reliable trades are hard to find, but look no further than W J for your needs.

He came on recommendation, then went above and beyond to work with the whole team, to ensure we opened on the planned launch day. I’ve used Warren a few times and he’s always been quick, tidy and knowledgeable. Our most recent job was to make safe electrics on an old house that will be our new family home. He installed 3 new consumer units and found several issues with dangerous and dated wiring… he stayed late and didn’t leave until he had everything working. Would definitely recommend WJ Electricals and Warren for an electrics job, Warren was kind enough to pop round my flat on the same day I called about the problem to assess the best way to do the job. His availability was good and he did a great job changing the electric connections of my new oven and hob, plus installing the oven. Very pleased!
