Derrick and his team were great to work with. They were called during the recent snow/ice storm and were able to get my heater back up and going.

Came out Tuesday to diagnose an issue with attic unit, said we would still have heat and air after bypassing the emergency heat until we could get the part to fix the issue. Charged $160 for service call, additional charge for time, and for doing bypassing before asking, for a total of $290. Smelt like something was burning the next day and had to turn the heat completely off resulting in zero heat. Called them back and didn’t get an answer and left a message and still haven’t heard back. No heat, out $290 and have to call someone else to come fix the problem.

we had an older unit go out. wise h&ac came out on a Saturday and installed window units until they could get the central unit the following Monday. they showed up after hours Saturday and on time Monday. Highly recommended. kudos also for training their employees with proper supervision.

Very professional, time efficient and knowledgeable. When we have had an issue with our unit we can call and speak to a tech and they can usually walk me through what might be the issue before arriving so we have an idea of what our issues are.

Wise Heating and Air came out to fix our AC same day we called. I think the technician’s name is Kegan. He did a very thorough inspection and repair at a more than fair price. He and his helper were very professional and polite. I will be calling Wise for our seasonal checkups and any repairs going forward. I recommend this firm without reservation.
