Came out Tuesday to diagnose an issue with attic unit, said we would still have heat and air after bypassing the emergency heat until we could get the part to fix the issue. Charged $160 for service call, additional charge for time, and for doing bypassing before asking, for a total of $290. Smelt like something was burning the next day and had to turn the heat completely off resulting in zero heat. Called them back and didn’t get an answer and left a message and still haven’t heard back. No heat, out $290 and have to call someone else to come fix the problem.

Wise Heating and Air came out to fix our AC same day we called. I think the technician’s name is Kegan. He did a very thorough inspection and repair at a more than fair price. He and his helper were very professional and polite. I will be calling Wise for our seasonal checkups and any repairs going forward. I recommend this firm without reservation.

My AC went out on a Friday night and Derek showed up within 45 minutes of calling him! Quick, efficient, personable, and excellent rate (especially for a Saturday)! Highly recommend this company!

we had an older unit go out. wise h&ac came out on a Saturday and installed window units until they could get the central unit the following Monday. they showed up after hours Saturday and on time Monday. Highly recommended. kudos also for training their employees with proper supervision.

Wise air conditioning is excellent. Their knowledge and pricing is great. Very honest and hardworking. I will only use them in the future as they are the best air conditioning and heating in the area.

I called these guys by accident, but no complaints about there work it was fast and professional , super expensive to have the compressor changed out even though the part was warranted, my receipt was emailed to me and I could not get my new phone and printer to work , callled twice about my situation , it would have been simple just to mail it

Our heater went out. Derrick diagnosed it fixed it and had us up and running within an hour. Great communication very professional. You can tell that they care about their customers.

Wise Heat and Air has serviced our business Hometown Tees as well as personal homes. Outstanding service. He and his crew are always very prompt and the problem is always fixed before leaving. Derrick himself has service my mother’s home late in the afternoon and very early in the morning before starting or finishing his work day. Excellent service.

Our air went out in 110° weather on a Saturday. Thankfully, Wise Heat & Air advertised 24 hour service. Our call was answered immediately and an appointment was made for as soon as he finished a couple calls ahead of us. Communication was ongoing via texts. We appreciated the text stating “on my way, be there in 30 minutes!” Derrick arrived and immediately diagnosed a very dirty unit, cleaned it and got us back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Cost for a Saturday call and work completed - $330. Very reasonable. Less than a week later on yet another 110° day, we experienced a power surge that shut down our unit. Quick call to Wise Heat & Air and he responded he would head our way as soon as he completed the job he was currently on. Text messages to let us know he was on the way. 5 minutes later (and a lesson with my husband so that he can reset the unit himself if we should have a surge again) we had air. Cost $100. Very reasonable. We appreciate the FAST responses, ongoing communication and explanation of charges upfront. Wise Heat & Air will be our first call from now on.
