Mike did an excellent inspection of our home. His is very knowledgeable about the conditions, quirks, and pitfalls of old homes. Mike pointed out a roof issue that was important for us to address in the inspection contingency. He had excellent maintenance tips and advice on preservation of some of the classic features of the home. Buying a home is a stressful experience but I would buy many more times if I knew I could work with Mike and Wisconsin Property Inspections again.
