My husband and I have used Wisconsin Property Inspections LLC twice during our process as first time homebuyers. They came recommended to us by our agent. The first instance we had Spencer, who was so knowledgeable, thorough, and taught us a lot! We had no idea what to look out for, but Spencer made sure to walk us through everything during the inspection. Thanks to that inspection identifying major, costly concerns and potential safety hazards, we ended up not proceeding with that first home. The second time around we wanted to use Spencer again, but he was all booked! Luckily, we went with Josh and he was just as great! He also let us accompany him throughout the process and had impeccable attention to detail. Even after the first inspection with Spencer, we felt we still learned so much with Josh! Both Spencer and Josh provided detailed inspection reports and recommendations that helped us tremendously in our decision process. We would highly recommend using them for any of your inspection needs. They do an outstanding job!

I live in Tennessee and sm buying a home in Racine. I knew nothing at all about who I would get to do the home inspection, but I needed it done as soon as possible. My realtor met them at the house the morning of the inspection. I was blown away at how detailed they were. Steve went over every inch of the house, garage and yard. He checked everything and when he found something, he not only described what was wrong, he took pictures and gave recommendations on how to correct when applicable. My realtor and I had a detailed report the same day! Based on his findings, I was able to present to seller and get the major things repaired! I highly recommend this company!
