I was clear from the first meeting what my priorities were in my divorce and Robert took that to heart when representing me throughout the divorce process. The ultimate settlement reflected what was important to me and what didn’t really matter too much. I’m sure everyone that goes through divorce feels like they either conceded too much or didn’t extract enough. At the end of the day, my goals were to maintain custody of my kids (joint) and to protect my financial future. Robert was instrumental in making sure these goals were met and my legal fees were money well spent! Additionally, I gained a new respect for family law lawyers (my now ex-wife’s too). They’re dealing with people going through the worst time of their lives and emotions are always high. The ability that Robert (and my ex-wife’s lawyer) had to navigate those emotions and help arrive at a fair settlement without extracting unnecessary legal fees was impressive and very much appreciated.

Absolutely horrible first off I had got in contact with the office seeking representation and they told me to leave my information and he'll call me after 3 weeks and showing up to court without an attorney I decided to follow up and I explained it the receptionist and she just laughed and" that sucks let's hope he calls you" "Update " Also they tried covering their tracks with a reply but how can they possibly know anything about what I was looking for if they didn't even call me back.

I had tuff case, my involved my ex wife taking my kids out of state and into a shelter and not allowing me to see or talk to my boys. I hired the law firm of Robert Winsor and I trusted him 100% and let him handle everything, not only was his prices super reasonable but after doing my research in pay and reviews I decided to hire Robert, best choice I could of done!! Hands down Robert delivered, he not only brought my boys back to Utah From a California shelter but got my boys to stay with me in my house. His staff Kelcie and the rest of the team was super and still is super amazing and professional, I still decided to keep Robert as my attorney because it was the best choice I have ever made for my boys, hands down you WILL NOT REGRET HIRING ROBERT and his amazing staff!! They are worth every penny. You want a winning success like mine call Robert!!! Or ask me any questions you may have how good his office treated me. Thanks Robert and his team. Wes and Robert Winsor are fair, professional, helpful, and genuine. Thank you Wes for referring me to Robert, and thank you Robert for the advice and professionalism during a trying time. Robert was very collected, fair, and knowledgeable from consultation to when I received my divorce decree.

Had a lack of communication 1) failed to respond to two emails sent after finding the hearing was being pushed back 2) had no sense of urgency to get my case resolved. I felt like there was more he could have done to get my case resolved in a timely manner. Money and time wasted.

I hired Robert to help get my kids out of an abusive situation, with proof. He did not file what I asked him to file, and he then did not even file the correct items to get my kids safe as for what I hired him for, and they were returned to the abuser. He showed up to court unprepared, didnt' know any of my kids names, and used MY notes to do his appearance. He did not even return my monies after i fired him. avoid this lawyer at all costs. Edited 4/24/2020. the lawyer put a note that he was sorry and my money was returned. This is very misleading and a lie. He returned unused retainer fees. I did ask him at the time for a full refund because of his incompetence. Again, based on this, choose wisely, there are other lawyers that will not play these games.

I haven't worked with them on a legal case but I worked with them on technical issues with a program I help manage. You really get to see a person's disposition when computer things aren't working. They were so patient, polite, thorough, and easy to work with, I had to write a review. 10/10 I would love to work with them on ANY legal issue.

The office staff were very friendly and helpful. I was grateful to have them help me with my estate and provide a comprehensive review of my needs. Grateful for all my questions answered!

Such a good man! Whenever I've worked with Robert, he's honest, responsive, very competent and helpful. You won't go wrong with him.
